The program provides all the icon/cursor drawing tools and a variety of advanced image manipulation functions, with an extremely efficient arrangement. Special capabilities include lining up several icons for edit at any one time, adding special effects, optionally saving to single-icon or multi-icon files, extracting both large and small icons from DLL or similar library files, searching and pulling icons from all EXE files in any chosen folder, converting BMP/GIF/JPEG/WFM/EMF images to icons, adding solid or hollow text at any angle, creating ANI (animated cursor) files or obtaining icons from them, resizing by edge-dragging, revealing specific alpha values of individual pixels of Windows XP icons, and editing them or converting them for use in both XP and non-XP systems.
