Synopsis: Chon Wang (Chan) is now the sheriff. When Chon Wang (Chan) learns his father, the Keeper of the Imperial Seal, has been murdered in China's Forbidden City and the seal stolen. He sets out to seek revenge.

The killers have escaped to London, Chon teams with his old Buddy, Roy O'Bannon (Wilson) whos is now makes his keep by waiting tables and goes to england.

Chon finds out that his sister Lin (Fann Wong), is already in england also looking for her fathers killers.

While chasing her fathers killers, Lin also uncovers a plot to kill Queen Victoria and the royal family but has trouble convincing the police.
